ZYDELIG^® AccessConnect^® is designed to help all patients, regardless of insurance situation, navigate therapy and support offerings. Patients enrolled in ZYDELIG AccessConnect are matched with a Case Specialist who can help answer financial questions related to ZYDELIG^® and connect patients with the appropriate people and financial resources.

Private/Commercial Insurance: Copay Coupon Card

With the ZYDELIG AccessConnect Copay Coupon Card, qualified patients with commercial insurance will pay as little as $5* a month for their ZYDELIG prescriptions. Patients with government healthcare prescription drug coverage, including patients in the Part D coverage gap known as the "donut hole," are not eligible. The Copay Coupon Card will cover the out-of-pocket costs for ZYDELIG after the first $5 per prescription fill, up to a maximum of 25% of the catalog price. Government Insurance Support

ZYDELIG AccessConnect can refer patients who have government insurance—like those with Medicare or Medicaid—to sources that may be able to help them with paying for their ZYDELIG copays, coinsurance, and other related expenses. Uninsured: Patient Assistance Program

The ZYDELIG Patient Assistance Program offers free medication for eligible patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Get more details about the program and eligibility criteria.
