ZYDELIG® AccessConnect® Support
We offer support to help you understand your insurance coverage, identify potential financial assistance programs, purchase ZYDELIG® through an approved specialty pharmacy, and get the support you may need while using ZYDELIG.
Our ZYDELIG AccessConnect Case Specialists can provide help with:
- Verifying benefits. We can research your health insurance coverage and provide your doctor with a summary of coverage requirements.
- Initiating a QuickStart* of ZYDELIG. For eligible patients: if you experience an insurance coverage delay greater than 5 business days, you may be eligible for a free 30-day supply of ZYDELIG.
- Helping you find the right financial support. If you are uninsured or cannot afford your ZYDELIG copay, we can identify and explain the financial support programs for which you may qualify.
- Specialty pharmacy coordination. A Case Specialist will send your prescription to a specialty pharmacy.
- Working with your doctor. If you receive ZYDELIG from your doctor's office, we can work with your doctor to coordinate insurance coverage and financial assistance issues for your ZYDELIG therapy.
- Support if your insurance claim is denied. We can identify the reason for the coverage denial, contact your insurer to determine the appeal process, and provide this information to your doctor.
- Nurse support. Our team of Patient Support Nurses is available to help you take your medication as prescribed, answer any questions that you may have about your ZYDELIG therapy, and coordinate your care plan with your doctor’s office.
